*ALL in-office fit testing will take place at 9530 Bedford ST Pasco, WA 99301. For mobile testing, please request request a quote for services. 

Stay Prepared for Your Appointment:

• Bring the respirator you will use for fit testing- Columbia Safety does not provide respirators for fit testing
• Do Not eat, drink, smoke/vape, chew tobacco, or chew gum at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment
• Men must be clean-shaven

In accordance with WAC 296-842, all individuals must be medically cleared to wear a respirator prior to fit testing. If you already have proof of medical clearance, please bring this to your appointment; otherwise, you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire at the time of your appointment for an additional fee.
